In order to play audio or video
files on your computer you have to have required video codec's installed.
Some of them are preinstalled on your computer but many are not.
If you are trying to play video files with any of our programs like;
Sprintbit Playlist Manager, Sprintbit Media Player or Home Multimedia Library
and you do not see any video or hear audio then probably some codec is missing.
Our media programs are powerful DirectShow (DirectX) driven
media players. You can play any video file if you have required DirectShow
Filter installed!
We recommend to install missing codec. Many free codec's are available to
download from the Internet.
Here are recommended web sites where from you can download codec pack that
will enable our player to play your files:

One of the
most popular free codec's pack is
FFDShow which is DirectShow and VFW codec for decoding/encoding many video and
audio formats, including DivX and XviD movies using libavcodec, xvid and
other open sourced libraries with a rich set of post processing filters.
Just Google for FFDShow to download the latest version.
