You do not have to reinstall our software to repair its installation.
There are many reasons that software may stop working suddenly or gives you an error message.
The most common reasons are:

  • Other software's uninstaller deleted required file
  • File in question was not correctly registered on your system or got corrupted and is missing
  • You have deleted accidentally a required system file
  • You have deleted accidentally a required software dll or ocx file

You may download any file from our server by entering or pasting and executing the following path into your browser address text box.

for example:

http://install.sprintbit.org/system/oleaut32.dll
 

After downloading put the file into your system directory and register it using regsvr32 utility.
