The problem's nature is that the software installer could not register the correct version of one of software's component on your system. 
It may happen when your system already have an similar file installed by the other software, for some reason the file was not updated by our installer. We are always using files that are up to date! and this problem is rare.

 To solve this problem you can
 1. Uninstall our software and try to install again. Do not forget to reboot system after that.
     OR
 2. Register the following files listed below manually, please refer to this page on how to do that.
     OR
 2. Delete the following files listed below and reinstall the software again
