The problem's nature is that the software installer could not register one of software components on your system.
In the other words registering of component is nothing else that writing component keys into a system registry.
In your case something else was preventing to do that.
To solve this problem You can register a component manually executing the following command from the command prompt
How to do:
Go to Windows Task Bar, from the Start menu select Run, this window should be opened for you
This window above is showing you a sample command line, which allow to register beegdo10.ocx component.
In the text box named Open
enter or paste command lines from a list below. Depends on a Windows
system that you are using, you should change in the Command line:
System32 with System
when you have Windows 98, SE or ME.
It applies only to those command lines, where component's path is
pointing to the Windows system directory.
Those command lines (listed below) are prepared for software that was
installed into a default installation folder.
If you have software installed into different directory then you have to
change the path.
You can use those commands with all of components and programs, just
change the software name if necessary.
Note: actually, you can register the file in many different locations. If
registering of file fails, you may try to copy a file to different
location like c:\filename.dll
and try again.

This is a Windows system file and is usually located in the
Windows system directory, if for some reasons you do not have this file,
you may download it from
here.
after downloading put the file into Windows system directory.

This file requires additional Microsoft's files to work. Very often this
file will not be correctly registered, when you do not have Windows Media
libraries correctly installed on your system.
If you do not have yet installed new Windows Media Format v9 you can
download it from our server.

Windows Media Redistributable
This package includes Windows WMA Runtime Libraries, provided by Microsoft
for audio editing. Our software does not works sometimes with public
Microsoft's Redistributable files, which are designed for media players
only.
If our software does not works with WMA files you must install WMA Runtime
Libraries downloaded from our web site.
File Audio Processor supports only new WMA audio version 9.
You must have this package installed before installing File Audio
Processor. Most new systems have this package installed by default.
