Please follow the
following check up list:
- If you have had installed our
software previously, please uninstall and install again
- Make sure that you have used the
latest installer available. If not then you may re-download software from
download page or
account page
- Remove all CD's, floppy or ZIP disk
from drives you might have inserted. Try to run software again.
- If you see an error message saying
that some component is not registered a file is missing... then please see this
instruction page
to solve the problem.
