 You can help us to resolve the problems you may have encounter during use or installation.
  1.  Log file:
    if you have problem with software features:
    Some of our programs has a logging features built-in for example File Audio Processor has extensive logging capability.
    To see the log file go to menu Program > View Log File (Ctrl + L).
    If file is short you can paste it into a email body.
    If a log file is long you can include the file to email as an attachment.
    File is located in the main program directory, folder Log, named as BatchLog.txt or Log.txt
    For example:
    c:/Program Files/Sprintbit Software/File Audio Processor/Log/BatchLog.txt
    Open the File Audio Processor - Feature's Log File file now.
    Open the File Manager - Feature's Log File file now.
    Open the Site Status Checker - Feature's Log File file now.
     
  2. Installation Log file
    if you have problem with software installation:
    Software during installation makes the installation log file.
    This file may help us to determine whether installation is correct or not.
    File is located in the main program directory, named as INSTALL.log or setuplog.txt.
    That depends on which of our installers have been in use.
    Latest installer is WISE.
    For example:
    c:/Program Files/Sprintbit Software/File Audio Processor/install.log
    Open the File Audio Processor - WISE Installation Log File now.
    Open the Playlist Manager - WISE Installation Log File now.
    Open the File Manager - WISE Installation Log File now.
    Open the Site Status Checker - WISE Installation Log File now.
    Open the Visual Lottery Analyser - WISE Installation Log File now.
    or
    c:/Program Files/Sprintbit Software/File Audio Processor/setuplog.txt
    Open the File Audio Processor - VISE Installation Setup File now.
    Open the Playlist Manager - VISE Installation Setup File now.
    Open the File Manager - VISE Installation Setup File now.
    Open the Site Status Checker - VISE Installation Setup File now.
    Open the Visual Lottery Analyser - VISE Installation Setup File now.
     
  3. Screenshots
    If you see an error message then can attach to email the screenshot.
    This is optional but very welcome.
     
  4. Other
    If you have a problem in regarding of edit, open or use an file you can also attach
    such file to email.
